Meditation with movement is one of my favorite ways to practice mindfulness and move my body. So I made a walking meditation for you! Let's go stretch our legs AND our mind. Wear comfortable clothing, grab your sneakers and find a space - indoors or outdoors - that you feel most comfortable in.

Sometimes you have to trust the magic of starting.
In 2020, I quit a lot of stuff. A long commute. Monthly haircuts. A specific behavior that no longer served me. Even my job (although that one was planned, pre-pandemic). Some of what I quit this past year was by choice, and for others, I had no say in the matter. I suspect that you can relate.
